We will ensure that you are using the very latest in technological advancements in both kite and board designs. We also stock an incredible array of kites to be able to give you just the right amount of power for your skill level. This goes a long way in the training environment to speed your learning by having you stretch your skills, but not overwhelming you with too much kite!
- Organized & Professional Lesson Plans
Kitty Hawk Kites Kiteboarding Centers have a well thought out organized and professional lesson plan that keeps you on track. We strive to add value the entire time that you are with us! Our lesson plans are built around the Skills Progression Chart. We have a formalized class room time to discuss otherwise complicated subjects. We also utilize full water craft, inflatable zodiak boats and waverunners to maximize your time learning and minimize the amount of walking. We give you one skill at a time in an easy to consume manner that builds a strong foundation of self sufficiency.
- Location
Kitty Hawk Kites Fast Track Camps are held at our main training center located in Nags Head, NC. Our training center offers a wide expansive field for land training with our power kites, land boards, kite buggies, and Blo-Kart. You can transition from the land to the water by simply walking across our property. We have a private beach to ensure that it is always safe and available for your training. Groomed launch sites are just the beginning as we even have the famous Pleasure Island upwind launch site. Our certified instructors will guide you with an upwind boat ride to Pleasure Island to go over set-up and launch and then work through the waters back to the training center. The water is all flat and waist deep to make your learning even easier! The soft sand bottom is perfect and the winds are as consistant as you will find anywhere. Finish the day with a shower at our pro shop and enjoy the sunset view from our waterfront deck!
